This is the first step. Don’t think just walk.
Start eating better. Start working out. Our body’s are our shell to our spiritual being. Take care of your body to bring out the bright being within you.
Throughout this section there will be information on workout plans with weights, body weight, aerobics, and diet plans. Find a routine that best suites you goals/lifestyle you want to live and take the first step.
Taking that first step is the most difficult yet most important. I understand doing it alone and being consistent with your own will power is challenging.
There will be links to programs I believe have had true success helping others. If you feel it would be easier to follow along and have a personal coach by all means use the resources around you.
