Meditate. Read. Journal. 

Step one and two work simitanuously. This step could be more challenging for others, even though it is a simple process. 

It is challenging because it requires you to become comfortable with being uncomfortable.

You’ll be putting yourself in a position where you have no choice but to be attentive to your thoughts and emotions. Once you learn how to overcome your mind, you’ll be on a faster path to success.

Learning how to become at peace inside the chaos is very challenging, but most definetly possible. Depression comes from dwelling on the past, anxiet comes from worrying about the future, those who focus on the present are able to find meaning/value in everything they do.

You are powerful. You are in control.
